Purpose of Job

To develop and implement community affairs undertakings in line with the CSI strategy, in support of the business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure that the team is focused and deliver on key priorities including high quality provision,high standards of health and safety, and efficient communications.
  • Assist Manager Social Impact in implementing projects.
  • Assist in developing plans for progress and growth.
  • Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of all projects.
  • Ensure efficient running of the team.
  • Contribute to training and development of the team.
  • Supervise the performance of all duties in compliance with health and safety and all related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Support and track the progress of projects.
  • Deal with issues/problems as they arise to minimise impact.
  • Liaise with teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data/records/documentation as specified.
  • Develop and govern the implementation of procedures and SLCs.
  • Contribute and align community activities with the company CSI strategies at optimal cost.
  • Define strategy components pertaining to the recreation and hospitality in SOE.
  • Drive recreation and hospitality initiatives
