To sell Insurance products through campaigns, delivering high quality customer interactions and building loyalty. Convert leads effectively and contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance and an exceptional client experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal lines short-term insurance sales, with a strong focus on both inbound and outbound sales of motor and household insurance products.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience within an contact centre sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, converting leads into successful sales, and maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Proven ability to adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in managing customer interactions across multiple channels and building strong client relationships
