Luno has spent over a decade making digital assets safe to own. Since 2013, we've helped millions of people across more than 40 countries buy, store and invest in crypto, working with regulators in every market and holding all customer crypto 1:1. That discipline built the licences, banking relationships, custody and compliance machinery that the next era of this market will run on
The financial system is moving on-chain, and the businesses, banks and payment companies in our markets need infrastructure they can trust. Luno is building institutional access, wallet and account infrastructure, and local-currency stablecoin issuance on the same rails that have served retail customers for twelve years.
You'll join the Institutional Access & Issuance portfolio, leading the pod that builds Luno as a Service — the B2B infrastructure layer that lets any business serve its own customers on Luno's rails, with or without a direct relationship between Luno and those end customers. You'll report to the Group Product Manager and work with dedicated engineering and UX partners.
The role in a nutshell:

Partners keep their brand, their interface and their customer relationship; underneath runs the custody, settlement and compliance machinery Luno has designed. One build carries three commercial motions: direct institutional customers, group business lines consuming the API as clients, and B2B partners embedding digital asset accounts into their own products. This is an externally facing role: your customers are the partners and institutions integrating against what you ship, and their developers will judge your product by its API surface.
